The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) is rapidly approaching and media registration is now open.
Taking place in Las Vegas Oct. 20-22, NBAA-BACE is the world’s most powerful business aviation event of the year, showcasing the industry’s latest innovations and services, and hosting the leaders shaping its future.
Ahead of the event, NBAA has some guidance for members of the media planning to attend and cover NBAA-BACE.
- Journalists planning to attend and cover the show should register now to request press credentials. Press registration must be received by Oct. 10.
- NBAA is issuing announcements about the convention on a near-daily basis. Stay apprised of the latest news by signing up to receive our press releases.
- The NBAA-BACE Media Day will be held on Monday, Oct. 19, with news conferences, media availabilities, a newsmakers luncheon, presentation of the NBAA Gold Wing Award for Journalism Excellence and more. The press conference lineup will be published as soon as it is finalized.
- The NBAA-BACE exhibit floor and aircraft connection will be open to journalists on the convention’s opening day, Oct. 20.
- To ensure safety as exhibits are being built and aircraft are being moved, journalists will not be able to access the Las Vegas Convention Center floor or Henderson Executive Airport (HND) on Oct. 19 (Media Day) unless they have an invitation from an exhibitor.
