
During show days, shuttle bus service will be available between local hotels and the Las Vegas Convention Center. Shuttle schedules and pickup locations will be available by September 2026.
On Tuesday, Oct. 20 and Wednesday, Oct. 21, shuttle bus service will be available between the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) and the NBAA-BACE Aircraft Connection at Henderson Executive Airport (HND).
Shuttle buses pick up in the Diamond 1 Lot across from the W4 exhibit hall entrance.
Shuttle buses will depart every 15 to 25 minutes.

Parking for the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center is located in the Diamond Lot. Additional parking in the Silver Lot, near the North Hall off of Paradise Road. The parking fee on show days, Oct. 20-22, is $15 per space, with same-day in-and-out privileges. Cash or credit cards are accepted.
Anyone leaving the property and planning to return the same day can show their paid parking receipt for reentry. Reentry is subject to availability.
Overnight parking is prohibited. Vehicles left on the property overnight will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Vehicles taking up more than one standard parking space will be charged accordingly upon entry. Privately owned RVs, box vans or enclosed trailers may park in the Bronze and Platinum lots when space is available. Vehicles must fit within two parking spaces, lengthwise.

The Las Vegas Monorail offers a swift, convenient, and climate-controlled alternative for navigating the bustling Las Vegas Strip. This 3.9-mile elevated, all-electric system runs along the east side of the Strip, connecting major resorts, casinos and the Las Vegas Convention Center. With seven strategically placed stations, the monorail allows you to glide above the traffic congestion below, with trains arriving every few minutes.

Looking to travel around the Las Vegas Convention Center campus? Vegas Loop at the Las Vegas Convention Center quickly transports passengers throughout the 200-acre Las Vegas Convention Center campus in a fun and convenient way, free of charge. The system consists of two one-way, .8-mile-long tunnels built to accommodate all-electric Tesla vehicles driving at speeds of up to 35 mph. The LVCC Loop reduces a 25-minute walk to a less than two-minute ride.
