Turnkey Meeting Rooms

Need a dedicated meeting room for your staff to host top-tier clients and prospects in the middle of the action on the show floor? Consider this flexible option for private meeting space in the NBAA-BACE exhibit hall.

Whether you need something small for 3 to 4 people (10 feet x 10 feet), medium for 7 to 8 people (20 feet x 20 feet), or even larger for an immersive networking activation, NBAA has a cost-effective option for your company

All you need to provide is your logo/artwork and NBAA will create the space for you to display your brand and connect with attendees.

Placed in prominent areas of the show floor, each turnkey unit includes:

• One room with white PVC walls panels
• One locking door with handle
• Black carpet
• One 500-watt outlet
• Five badges per 100 square feet of space reserved

Additional options include:

• Graphics, including your company logo on the outside of the door, can be added to turnkey meeting rooms to enhance your brand presence.
• Furniture – Tables, chairs, waste baskets and other furniture can be ordered through the Freeman Online portal.
• One 500-watt outlet
