NBAA requires all 2026 NBAA-BACE exhibitors in island booths, displaying vehicles and inline booths with custom booth designs, to submit detailed booth drawings with dimensions for approval. Refer to the Exhibit Options and Pricing and Indoor Exhibitor Rules for more information.

All exhibitors with custom booth designs must complete this form and upload a complete set of booth drawings, along with a detailed diagram of items to be rigged and receive written approval in advance from NBAA in order to hang exhibit elements, including hanging signs, lighting and security rigging points above their booth. Inline exhibits that are creating a custom build exhibit are required submit booth drawings for review.

Booth display drawings must include the following:

  • Exhibitor name and booth number
  • Rendering packet, including back view
  • Technical drawings
  • Booth dimensions – heights, widths and lengths of all hard walls, including glass
  • Orientation – label surrounding booth numbers
  • Safety rigging
  • Hanging signs, if applicable
  • Lighting trusses
  • Maximum exhibit height within booth

All exhibitors must submit their complete booth drawing to NBAA for approval no later than Aug. 8, 2026, even if they are using the same booth as in previous years.

In addition, all single-level exhibits over 1,000 square feet or exceeding 300 square feet of contiguous covered area, and multilevel and covered exhibits must submit stamped engineer floor plans from an engineer registered in Nevada that show rise and run/tread of steps for approval to both NBAA Exhibits and boothplans@lvcva.com.

Incomplete booth drawings will not be reviewed by NBAA show management. Booth drawings will not be reviewed until show management has received complete drawings, exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC) registrations and EAC certificates of insurance.
