The 2026 NBAA-BACE team can’t wait to welcome you back to Las Vegas! Please review the information in this Move-in Bulletin and share with everyone who will be on-site at your booth.
The following security measures will be in place at 2026 NBAA-BACE:
These steps are being taken to enhance overall security and safety for our exhibitors and attendees. Please encourage your teams to arrive a bit earlier than usual to allow time to pass through security.
Bag storage at the Las Vegas Convention Center is located outside the Southwest Entrance to the West Building, near the hotel shuttle drop off and pickup. There is a $10 fee per item. Hours are below. Please ensure you pick up any items left in bag storage before leaving the Las Vegas Convention Center. NBAA is not responsible for items not claimed from bag storage.

Aircraft Connection bag storage at Henderson Executive Airport will be located inside the registration tent, before security and is complimentary.
Exhibitors are encouraged to donate any unneeded booth items at the conclusion of the exhibition. NBAA is working with Goodwill of Southern Nevada to arrange a pickup from the Las Vegas Convention Center during move-out. Acceptable items for donations include furnishings, flat screen TVs, any like-new items, clothing, decorations, etc. Exhibitors will be able to drop off goods for donations, near door 401 at the rear of hall W1 (behind the Career Zone area). Let us know what you plan to donate by emailing exhibits@nbaa.org with a list of items that you will leave in the drop-off area. Thank you in advance!

Exhibitors and exhibitor-appointed contractors (EACs) must wear either exhibitor badges or security wristbands during move-in and move-out. During open event hours, all EACs and exhibitors must wear badges.

The Exhibitor Service Desk is located in the LVCC West Hall along the right perimeter wall of Hall W1. Look for their hanging sign. The Freeman Exhibitor Support team will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from the first day of exhibitor move-in to the last day of exhibitor move-out. Hours may be extended the day before show open and the day of show close to assist with additional exhibitor needs.

At LVCC, the nurses station is located in the LVCC West Hall Atrium across from meeting room W110.
First aid at the Aircraft Connection at Henderson Executive Airport will be located in the registration tent.
King’s Sausage Food Truck will be available Wednesday, Oct. 14 through Monday, Oct. 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Yellow Lot (loading docks).
Truk N Yaki and Latin Fusion Food Trucks will be available Saturday, Oct. 17 through Monday, Oct. 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Yellow Lot (loading docks).
Dunkin Express will be open beginning Saturday, Oct. 17, 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the West Hall Food Court.
Go Natural Grab & Go will be open beginning Sunday, Oct. 19 at 8:00 a.m. in the West Hall Food Court.
On Monday, Oct. 13 there will be a food truck near the registration tent. Additional food trucks will be available on show days.
The Landings Restaurant in the airport terminal is also open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Items can be turned in at Registration in Room W102 and any unclaimed items will be given daily to LVCC Security. The LVCC Security dispatch office is located in the West Hall W1 Lobby.
Lost & found at the Aircraft Connection will be located in the registration tent.

Parking for the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center is located in the Diamond Lot and is extremely limited. Additional parking in the Silver Lot, near the North Hall off of Paradise Road will also be very limited due to another event taking place in North and Central Halls over the same dates as NBAA-BACE. The parking fee on show days, Oct. 20-22, is $20 per space, with same-day in-and-out privileges. Cash or credit cards are accepted.
Anyone leaving the property and planning to return the same day can show their paid parking receipt for reentry. Reentry is subject to availability.
Overnight parking is prohibited. Vehicles left on the property overnight will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Vehicles taking up more than one standard parking space will be charged accordingly upon entry. Privately owned RVs, box vans or enclosed trailers may park in the Bronze and Platinum lots when space is available. Vehicles must fit within two parking spaces, lengthwise.

Designated exhibitor and EAC parking will be on the NBAA Aircraft Connection main airport ramp.
Parking permits will be required Friday, Oct. 16 through Wednesday, Oct. 21. Parking permits will be distributed upon entry at the security checkpoint. There is no limit to the number of permits, however NBAA asks that exhibitors and EAC consolidate transportation to and from the venue when possible.
Parking permits will not be required Thursday, Oct. 22.
Access parking through Gate 3A located at 1201 Jetstar Ave, Henderson, NV 89052. Gate 3A hours will be 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. each day.
Note: Pedestrian Gate 3 to the HND Airport Terminal Parking Lot will only be open Monday, Oct. 19 through Wednesday, Oct. 21. Exhibitors and EAC will not have access to the show venue through Gate 3 on other days. If using Uber/Lyft, provide the Gate 3A address: 1201 Jetstar Ave, Henderson, NV 89052.
There is no parking at the HND Airport Terminal parking due to construction. Pedestrian access to the NBAA Aircraft Connection venue will be through Gate 3 where the main registration tent and security checkpoints will be located on Monday through Wednesday only.
