Media Access Request Form – 2026 NBAA-BACE

Media Day grants exclusive access for credentialed media to attend exhibitor press conferences and other media events scheduled at the Las Vegas Convention Center on Monday, Oct. 19.

Media events taking place at the Aircraft Connection at the Henderson Executive Airport may not be scheduled until after 3 p.m., Monday, Oct. 19, due to the move-in schedule for aircraft.

Exhibitors must submit this form to request approval to host a media event or have credentialed media visit their exhibits at the Las Vegas Convention Center on Oct. 19. Without the exclusive access granted upon approval of this form, media will not have access to the exhibit floor until the show opens on Oct. 20, at 10 a.m. or Aircraft Connection, which opens at 1 p.m on Oct. 20.

Security & Media List Requirements

Exhibitors are required to hire one security guard for every 50 guests expected at their press event. Security guards must be hired through the NBAA-BACE official security company, Allied Security Services, LLC. View the booth security order form.
Exhibitors must submit the names of invited media to show management no later than Monday, Oct. 12.
Invited media may not receive a wristband to access the exhibit floor without an official NBAA-BACE media badge. Please make sure your invited media are properly credentialed in advance of the show.

Exhibitors must send confirmation of their security order and invited media list to exhibits@nbaa.org by Oct. 12. Exhibitor events for the media will not be approved without a copy of the security order or invited media list.

Upon form submission, NBAA-BACE Show Management will review your request and respond with any questions or with approval.

Please note the following requiredments for media access:

Media events on Media Day and show days may not coincide with official NBAA-BACE events, including Newsmakers sessions and The Launch..
Media events at the Aircraft Connection cannot start until 3 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 19.
If you are planning a media event during off hours on a show day, please reach out to NBAA-BACE Show Management at exhibits@nbaa.org.
Registered media will need an official NBAA-BACE media badge and wristband to access the show floor and the Aircraft Connection on Monday, Oct. 19.
