Aircraft Connection Exhibits

Review important information about exhibit pricing at the NBAA-BACE Aircraft Connection. When planning your budget, be sure to consider additional expenses such as furniture, material handling, electricity, GPUs and other related costs.

All exhibitors must be NBAA members in good standing. Not a member? Join NBAA now.

Exhibit applications must be accompanied by payment in full. Exhibit applications are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation or reduction in space.

New For 2026 – Flexible Booking Options
‍Exhibitors can choose to reserve space using a simple per aircraft booking process or have greater control of their exhibit design by booking space by the square foot.

Per Aircraft Pricing

  • Exhibit space price is determined based on each aircraft’s weight category.
  • Space fee and aircraft positioning fees are included in the published rate.
  • Complimentary badges for exhibit staff and invited guests are included with allotments based on the number and category of aircraft.
  • Complimentary on-site parking is included.
  • Hospitality space is included for tents 400 square feet or smaller.
  • Structures larger than 400 square feet, or those requiring advance build time, are not allowed in spaces booked on a per aircraft basis.

  • Exhibit space price is determined by the square foot.
  • Aircraft positioning fees are billed separately.
  • Badges for exhibit staff and invited guests are included.
  • Complimentary on-site parking is included.
